Initial conversation
We discuss the business problem, users, existing systems, budget and timing, then agree the right next step.
A little closer to what’s next.
How we work
From the first conversation to the next release, we make scope, decisions and responsibilities clear.
We discuss the business problem, users, existing systems, budget and timing, then agree the right next step.
For larger or less-defined projects, we scope and price discovery separately. We map requirements, key journeys, integrations and risks, then provide a specification and delivery plan.
Review the proposed scope, pricing, timeline and responsibilities before committing to the build. Phases can separate the essential first release from later features.
Review prototypes and working features at agreed checkpoints. Functional testing, access permissions and release checks are planned around the project.
We agree deployment, account access, documentation and handover, followed by a support plan or a roadmap for further development.
Built with handover in mind
We define who can see and change information, what data third parties receive and how the application should handle uploads and records.
Hosting, staging, backups, monitoring and release responsibilities are specified for the project. We agree how changes will be tested and released.
Code ownership, licences, source access and documentation are agreed before the build. Ongoing support includes defined hours, response targets and boundaries.
